Strategy Consulting Process

The proprietary process we follow for creating change was developed by Salman Abedin during his Master's thesis work at OCAD University's Strategic Foresight and Innovation Program. It involves using Strategic Design as a starting point through the dialectic of Creation and Critique, formation of Coalitions of change-makers, creating Cases of success, leading to long-term Change-making. This 5C model is based on the principles created by Ezio Manzini and others.
